Craig Henderson, a native
of Grosse Pointe, Michigan and long time resident of Chicago,
graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in
accounting and mathematics. After successful completion of
the CPA exam in 1975, Mr. Henderson joined the First
Boston Corporation in New York where he traded municipal securities
for two years. He then relocated to the firm's Chicago office
where he spent the following thirteen years selling municipal
securities to major institutional accounts in the Midwest.
Mr. Henderson managed First
Boston's municipal securities division in Chicago from 1982-1989.
In addition, Mr. Henderson has served as president of the
Municipal Bond Club of Chicago, as well as an arbitrator for
both the N.A.S.D. and the M.S.R.B.
In September 1990, Mr. Henderson
formed C.W. Henderson & Associates, Inc. a registered
investment advisory organization specializing in tax-exempt
municipal securities.

Tom Mallman, a native of
Evanston, Illinois graduated from the University of Wisconsin
at Madison with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
and also received a Master of Business Administration from
the University of Chicago with a concentration in Finance.
Tom began his career at The Northern Trust Company in Chicago
in 1968 and was engaged in various investment research and
portfolio management activities. Over his 32 years at The
Northern Trust, he held a number of positions including Personal
Financial Services Fixed Income Director, Director of Short
Duration Fixed Income Management and his last assignment as
Chief Administrative Officer.
Taking an early retirement
from The Northern Trust as Senior Vice President, Tom joined
C.W. Henderson & Associates in March 2000. As Senior Managing
Director, he is involved in product development, marketing,
client relations, investment strategy development and the
administration of the firm. In addition, Tom is a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) and the current President of the Society
of Municipal Analysts.

Charlie Yorke, a native of
Webster Groves, MO began his fixed-income career in 1982.
Hired by Salomon Brothers Inc. just prior to completing a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at DePaul University,
he completed their training program in 1983. After a 10 year
career with Salomon, Charlie joined Credit Suisse First Boston
as a Director in the credit group of the fixed income division.
In 2003 he was hired by HSBC Securities as branch manager
for the Chicago office overseeing all fixed income products,
professional sales staff and client relationships.
Charlie has spent his entire
24 year career in the institutional fixed income markets.
He has managed relationships with portfolio managers and CIO’s
at major midwest institutional investors such as: insurance
companies, investment advisors, mutual fund companies, municipal
pension funds and hedge funds.
As managing director for business
development Charlie is responsible for marketing the firm’s
products to individual, institutional and advisory clients.

Monika Bhasin, a native
of Cleveland and a graduate of Vanderbilt University with
a bachelor's degree in history, joined the firm in April 1996.
Prior to joining C.W. Henderson & Associates, Monika supported
efforts of two financial consultants at Smith Barney and prior
to that, was a paralegal in the litigation department of McDermott,
Will & Emery in Chicago.
From the time Monika joined
the firm to the summer of 1998, her main responsibility involved
processing all security transactions and maintaining client
relations. Currently, as an Assistant Portfolio Manager, her
primary functions include interacting with our 40 institutional
brokers, conducting in-depth structural and credit research
on new and secondary issues, implementing our short term investment
strategy and allocating our holdings among our clients. Monika
holds an M.B.A. from Loyola University.

Jeanhee Hoffman, a native
of a Northwest suburb of Chicago and a graduate of the University
of Wisconsin at Madison with bachelor's degree in finance,
joined the firm in June 1997. Prior to joining C.W. Henderson
& Associates, Jeanhee spent three and a half years as
a sales associate with Bernardi Securities, Inc., a municipal
broker-dealer in Chicago. Her past work experience also includes
areas in financial planning, management, and human resources.
Jeanhee is responsible for marketing, new business development
and client service. She establishes and maintains relationships
with consultants, financial planners and other institutional
accounts. Jeanhee is in charge of reporting to all performance
record keeping institutions, such as, eVestment Alliance,
PSN - Informa Investment Solutions, and Nelson Investment
Manager Database, and completing any questionnaires regarding
performance that they may need. Jeanhee is also responsible
for the administration and accounting functions for the firm.

Kerry Kobe, a native of
Northern Virginia and graduate of the University of Notre
Dame in 1998 with a degree in Finance and Business Economics,
joined the firm in the summer of 1998.
When Kerry initially joined
the firm, her main responsibilities were to process all aspects
of trading, maintain all client relations, and monitor the
technology needs of the company. As the company grew, Kerry
focused all her attention on the increasing techological needs
of the firm. As our Information Technology/Operations manager,
Kerry manages our computer network system, as well as the
internal trading software and the software interfaces of our
many custodians. In addition, she designs and maintains our
website. As well as the technology aspect, Kerry still provides
client services to meet the needs of the clients, custodians
and consultants, as well as supervises the back offices operations
of the firm. Kerry also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School
of Business at Northwestern University.

Clare Retrum, a native
of River Forest, IL and graduate of the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign
in August 2000 with a degree in Economics, joined the firm
in February 2001.
Clare's primary function
is to enhance portfolio management activities by processing
all securities transactions. She also provides valuable
client service to meet the needs of all the clients, custodians,
and consultants through maintaining all portfolio activities.
In addition, Clare is currently pursuing her MBA from the
Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Kim Lundgren, a native
of Deerfield, Illinois and graduate of Barat College in
Lake Forest, Illinois in December of 1999 with a Bachelor's
degree in Management and Marketing, joined the firm in June
2001. Prior to joining C.W. Henderson, Kim worked as an
Account Executive for Sierra Systems, an information technology
placement firm in Chicago.
Kim focuses on administrative
and marketing functions for the firm. She manages the internal
office functions and assists with new business development.
In addition, Kim assists Craig Henderson with his involvement
in charitable activities; as President of the Daniel Murphy
Scholarship Foundation and in the charter school movement
as Treasurer of the Chicago Charter School Foundation. In
addition, Kim is currently pursuing her MBA from the Lake
Forest Graduate School of Management.

Matt Andrews, a native of
Kentwood, Michigan and graduate of The University of Michigan-Ann
Arbor in May 2001 with a degree in Economics, joined the firm
in March 2003. Prior to joining C. W. Henderson, Matt worked
as an Investment Advisor Representative at Zacks Investment
Management in Chicago.
Matt's primary functions are
to assist in processing security transactions to enhance portfolio
management. He also helps maintain relationships with clients
and custodians. In addition, Matt assists in maintaining all
back office operations. Matt holds an MBA from the Kellstadt
Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Rob Richards, a native of
East Grand Rapids, Michigan and graduate of the University
of Michigan-Ann Arbor in April 2007 with a degree in Economics,
joined the firm in August 2007.
Rob works with Clare Retrum and Matt Andrews to assist with
processing security transactions, portfolio reconciliation
and reporting. He will also be working with clients and custodians
facilitating the management of municipal portfolios.
